Ingredients

  • 3 medium sweet potatoes, peeled
  • 3 tablespoons molasses
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon orange zest
  • 1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger
  • 1/4 teaspoon Kosher salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 3 tablespoon plain Greek yogurt

Directions

  1. Dice the sweet potatoes into 1 inch chunks. Place into a large soup pot and fill with water (water should come 1 inch above the potatoes). Bring to a boil on high heat and cook until potatoes are soft.
  2. Return to a large mixing bowl. Add remaining ingredients and whip until smooth. Serve and enjoy!
