Tank Top Triceps Workout
What’s one of the top complaints women have when they put on a tank top? Triceps that keep waving long after good-byes have been said. Now YOU, can say ADIOS to jiggly triceps! We have 5 moves designed to tone your triceps and get them into tank top worthy shape. Combine this workout with our Summer Arms Challenge and say HELLO to Tank Tops and good-bye to jiggly triceps!
Equipment Needed: yoga mat, set of medium dumbbells (8-12 lbs)
What to Do: Complete 15-20 reps of each exercise. Rest 30 seconds after each exercise. Repeat this routine 2-3 times and twice a week for optimal results.
