Working out from the comfort of your own home gives you the freedom and flexibility to change your body whenever you want. Our 30-Day Total Body Trim Down Home Workout Challenge pushes you through six exercises with minimal rest and maximum work to get fast results.

Each exercise targets multiple muscle groups to promote twice as much muscle growth. Combined with fast-paced movements, you’ll get an additional cardio burn. So get dressed and get ready; this 30-day challenge will give you convenient, total body toning from home.

30-Day Total Body Trim Down Home Workout Challenge

What You’ll Need: An interval timer (available on most phones) and a yoga mat or soft surface

What To Do: The challenge is broken up into three, 10-day routines. Simply choose your fitness level and get started! We also included videos of each exercise below.

Beginner Workout: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds with no rest in between. Complete four rounds, resting for 45 seconds in between each round.

Intermediate Workout: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with no rest in between. Complete five rounds, resting for 30 seconds in between each round.

Advanced Workout: Perform each exercise for 45 seconds with no rest in between. Complete five rounds, resting for 20 seconds in between each round.

30-Day Total Body Trim Down Home Workout Challenge Breakdwon

First 10 Days: Perform the routine for 7 out of 10 days, resting the other 3 days.

Next 10 Days: Perform the routine in the morning for 8 out of 10 days, resting the other 2 days.

Last 10 Days: Perform the routine for 4 days, resting on the 5th day. Then, complete the routine for the last 6 days. Add an extra round each day, regardless of your level.
