Lean lean lean!
Many women want to tone their arms and legs to get that firm, lean look, yet they’re afraid of looking bulky. While it is true that lifting heavy weights often over a long period of time can give you a bodybuilder personality, this is not the case for most women. Due to lower testosterone levels in most women’s bodies, weightlifting makes muscles stronger, rather than bigger. Most of us would benefit from some strength training, as it helps prevent osteoporosis. In fact, muscle is also great at burning calories, which means that building muscle can actually help you lose body fat. That’s right, the strength training in this toning workout can make you look leaner!
This toning workout is all about using body weight and light dumbbells to help your muscles grow. You’ll be doing moves to target your entire body, including abs, arms, shoulders, and thighs.
