    This routine has a flaw. There no treadmills out there that transition the incline s quick. By the time it’s flat an back to 3 incline it takes 10-15 secs.

    Someone needs to explain what I need to do or am I missing something.

      Shak, Agree that it takes some seconds to stop completely. I take those seconds as a brief rest. Otherwise, I would recommend using another machine, i.e. exercise bike, rowing machine, stepper, or elliptical. Hope this helps! 🙂
