Beach Body Summer Workout
It’s that time of year when you’re super serious about getting your body ready for a swimsuit, so let’s workout! You will need water, 2-3 sets of dumbbells of varying weight, either an exercise ball or flat bench. Be sure to watch the videos below to view correct form of each exercise.

Complete each exercise before moving to the next one.
Body Squats – 3 sets – 12 reps – Rest 10 seconds after each set
Push ups – 3 sets – 10 reps – Rest 10 seconds after each set
(absolute beginners perform ‘kitchen push ups’ by standing 3′ from counter top or desk, place hands shoulder width a part, keep abs & glutes tight throughout, perform push ups and flex triceps when returning to the starting position)
Chest Press – 3 sets – 12 reps – Rest 30 seconds after each set
Dumbbell Flyes – 3 sets – 12 reps – Rest 30 seconds after each set
Lateral Raise – 3 sets – 12 reps – Rest 30 seconds after each set
Military Press – 3 sets – 12 reps – Rest 30 seconds after each set
