Fat Burning & Leg Workout Challenge

No special equipment needed for this workday challenge…so NO EXCUSES!!!  Whether you’re at work or at home this workout is doable and of course challenging.

I would like tell you about my program that is transforming lives.  I created a program for women of all fitness levels that has 2 main elements.  With commitment to the program it 1) works and 2) is affordable.  At less than 50 cents per week this program is easy to follow, has video demos for all exercises and is designed to help you transform for body.  You can check it out here!

Today’s workday challenge:  You can do the exercises all at once at split them up throughout the day. Just be sure to track your reps.

Exercises:

1. Body Squats – 100 reps
2. Fat Burning Shadow Boxing – 2 minutes (complete 4 times)
3. Side Lunges – 100 reps
