Today’s workday challenge: You can do the exercises all at once at split them up throughout the day. Just be sure to track your reps.
1. Body Squats – 100 reps
2. Fat Burning Shadow Boxing – 2 minutes (complete 4 times)
3. Side Lunges – 100 reps
