15-Minute Total Body Fat Blaster

This fat blasting workout will shape your body in under 15 minutes. Targeting every major muscle group at a high tempo rate, this workout is great in a pinch and can be done at home or in the gym.

15-Minute Total Body Fat Blaster

Equipment Needed: set of medium weights (8-12 lbs), interval timer (Gymboss is a free app download), yoga mat

What to Do: Perform each exercise for 1 minute and rest 30 seconds between each exercise.

Beginner’s Level: 1 round
Intermediate Level: 2 rounds
Advanced Level: 3 rounds

2. Cross Body Hammer Curl
3. Tricep Kickbacks
4. 4 Squat Flip
5. Dumbbell Jackknife
6. Dumbbell Russian Twist
7. Jump Half Turns
8. Squat to Shoulder Press

  1. I really appreciate these work outs. Sometimes when I go to the gym I have no plan and waste more time figuring out what I should do. These workouts give me a plan and they are very challenging. The videos are and extra bonus much easier than trying to figure out the form and movements from a book.
