4 Minute Belly Burn

Firm, Flat belly’s are always in season! It seems we are always on a quest to get the abs we dream of, which is a good thing. Changing up your ab routine challenges the muscles and firms in different ways. Tabatas are an awesome change to your workout and will take your ab exercise to a new level! Equipment Needed: interval timer, Medicine Ball (3lb-10lb), water and yoga mat or soft surface

What to Do: Complete each exercise for 20 seconds with 10 seconds of rest in between each exercise. Complete 2 circuits for a total of 4 minutes.

3. Mountain Climbers
4. In/Out Crunch
