4-Minute Belly Fat Blaster

This workout focuses on the entire abdominal region. The 4-Minute Belly Fat Blaster consists of just two moves and can be done at home or the gym. By performing this belly workout three times weekly and following a clean eating plan, you’ll begin to see results in just a few weeks. 1. Drink 2.5 liters of water each day.
2. Give up all sodas, fast food and junk food.

5. Eat smaller portions, about the size of your palm.

  1. Any suggestions for someone that suffers from tennis elbow. I cant put that much weight on my right arm to do these exercises

    1. Jeannie, Not as of now. One thing you can do is print out the workouts you want to do, have your doctor refer you to a physical therapist, and pass them by him/her for modification.

    1. Yes, you do complete the exercise series four times. The workout video is there to help you with your form, but it’s not necessary to watch it all 4 times.

  2. I have diabetes going to try your 21 day plan. I am 52 years old. Is this plan to hard for me . Or what do you suggest.
