Any suggestions for someone that suffers from tennis elbow. I cant put that much weight on my right arm to do these exercises

    • SkinnyMs  March 31, 2015

Jeannie, Not as of now. One thing you can do is print out the workouts you want to do, have your doctor refer you to a physical therapist, and pass them by him/her for modification.

Hey what exactly does it do? I need to loose some tummy flab. Will it help?

    • SkinnyMs.  January 16, 2016

This workout, when completed regularly, helps to increase metabolism and burn fat. While there is no way to target only tummy fat, you will see a loss of inches all over the body.

So… I have to do the workout video 4 times? or just once each day?

    • Kym Votruba  June 22, 2016

Yes, you do complete the exercise series four times. The workout video is there to help you with your form, but it’s not necessary to watch it all 4 times.
