4-Minute Lean Down Challenge

Lean in to whole body fitness with this lean down challenge!

Get lean in just four minutes with this body weight routine! This fast-flowing, heart-pumping cardio workout will exercise your entire body, focusing on shedding pounds and getting you into great shape. Define and tighten all over with this fat-burning workout!

Equipment Needed: Interval timer

What to Do: Perform each exercise for 20 seconds and rest for 10 seconds after each one. Complete the number of circuits indicated below for your fitness level. Review videos below for exercise demonstrations.

Beginner Level: Complete one circuit
Intermediate Level: Complete three circuits
Advanced Level: Complete four circuits
