This workout is fast and furious!
In our fast-paced world, we always look for ways to do things faster, but we tend to wonder, “Will it really work?” You may be wondering if you can really accomplish much with a 5-minute workout. The answer is “Yes!”
This workout being only 5 minutes is what gives it an extra push into being more challenging. With its nonstop mixture of cardio and strength strengthening, this workout will have your body tingling and your heart working extra hard to meet with its demands. Stay focused and take controlled, strong breaths, and in no time 5 minutes will be up. Until then, make every 30 second interval count.
Equipment Needed: Interval Timer (Gymboss is a free app download), 2 medium dumbbells (think 10-15 lbs); chair or flat bench
What to Do: Review the workouts below and watch the videos to become familiarized with each exercise. Perform each exercise for 30 seconds and immediately jump into the next exercise. Repeat 2 times. No rest in this challenge! Perform this workout 3 times a week to increase your cardio capacity and your muscle strength.
