Combine lunges and squats with jack knifes, x jumps, plank rows, and burpees. These simple moves are also efficient enough to target key muscles, tone and tighten, and boost metabolism, even when performed as a quick workout. This is one routine you won’t have trouble fitting into your day.
Equipment Needed: medium weights (8-12 lbs), interval timer, yoga mat
What to Do: Perform each exercise for 1 minute and rest 10 seconds in between. Rest 30 seconds in between rounds.
Beginner’s Level: 2 rounds
