6 Moves to Flat, Toned Abs

Equipment Needed: One set of dumbbells (3 to 10 lbs);  interval timer.

What to do: Preform each exercise for 1 minute; rest for 10 seconds after each move. Repeat this workout 2 times weekly for best results.

Beginner’s Level: 2 round
Intermediate Level: 3 round
Advanced Level: 4 rounds
