Equipment Needed:  interval timer (Gymboss is a free app download); set of medium dumbbells (5-10 lbs)

What to Do: Perform each exercise for 30 seconds without rest. Rest 1 minute after each round.

Beginner Level: Complete 1 round
Intermediate Level: Complete 2 rounds
Advanced Level: Complete 3 rounds
