Baked Peanut Butter Banana Oatmeal
Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups oats
- 1/3 cup coconut sugar
- 3/4 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons coconut oil melted
- 1 egg
- 1/2 cup peanut butter no sugar added
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1 banana medium, sliced
Instructions
- Heat oven to 350 degrees and spray an 8 x 8 inch baking pan with non-stick spray and set aside.
- Mix all ingredients, except banana, until well combined and spread in an even layer in the prepared baking pan. Layer the sliced bananas on top. Bake for 20 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Allow to sit for 10 minutes before slicing and serving. Enjoy!
