The Fitbit app is pretty great, even without a fitbit it allows you to track your calories, activities, weight and water intake

Hi Rosella – maybe try HealthWatch 360 – it has more nutrition info than any other app and gives food recommendations to help you get nutrients you are missing… it is brand new and has a huge database. I have tried MyFitnessPal and Lose It and I find logging easier. 🙂

    You are saying "free" apps.
The WW Mobile app itself is "free" but you must pay Weight Watchers subscription fee in order to use it.

Camila, I’m not familiar with an app to help someone lose thigh fat. I would recommend HIIT workouts to lose extra fat. Keep in mind that
fat can’t be lost in only one area, it’s lost all over. Gaining fat is the same, it’s gained over the entire body.

Here are workouts that really work for burning extra fat: https://skinnyms.com/?s=hiit
