Our Clean Coconut Protein Shake starts with a clean vanilla protein powder and coconut milk. Banana adds sweetness and potassium, while spinach packs a nutritious punch of vitamins and fiber.

Simply pop all the ingredients in a blender, and a few pulses later you have a smooth, creamy meal that’s clean, high in protein, and rich in nutrients. Feel free to experiment with different fruits and customize it as you like!

Clean Coconut Protein Shake

Ingredients

  • 1 2/3 cups coconut milk chilled
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1 banana frozen (pre-sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons clean vanilla protein powder we used Tera's Whey (2 scoops)

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients to a blender and pulse until smooth and creamy. Add ice for a thicker shake. Enjoy!

  1. Please clarify what you mean by coconut milk – the coconut milk beverage like Silk makes or the real thing?

    1. We prefer the real thing in a can. You can use the carton if you like, it’s just not as healthy (see ingredients).

    1. I recalculated the data and the calories when up to just over 250. Maybe the coconut milk you used?
