Exercising together builds a support system and provides motivation that you both can use. Try this quick circuit~the couple that plays together, stays together!
Equipment Needed: Interval timer, 2 resistance bands, medicine ball, yoga mat and water
What to Do: Review each video below familiarize yourself with each exercise. Complete each exercise for 1 minute and rest 15 seconds in between each exercise.
Beginner’s Level: 2 circuits
Intermediate Level: 3 circuits
Advanced Level: 3 circuits
