Share a new fitness experience with your partner, share the LOVE! Studies show that couples who work out together are more likely to stick with their fitness program. Exercising together builds a support system and provides motivation that you both can use. Try this quick circuit~the couple that plays together, stays together!

Equipment NeededInterval timer, 2 resistance bands, medicine ball, yoga mat and water

What to Do: Review each video below familiarize yourself with each exercise. Complete each exercise for 1 minute and  rest 15 seconds in between each exercise.

Beginner’s Level: 2 circuits
Intermediate Level: 3 circuits
Advanced Level: 3 circuits


1. Partner Push Up
2. Over Under with Medicine Ball
3. Partner Squat
4. Chest Shoulder Press with Resistance Bands
5. High Low with Medicine Ball
6. Calf Raises
