This daily morning workout combines cardio and body weight moves, so it will quickly kick your heart rate into overdrive.
If you need a fast way to wake up, look no further! The moves in this routine target all of the major muscle groups in your body, including your biceps, shoulders, abdominals, quads and glutes. As a result, this workout is a total-body strength and cardio boot camp!
Additionally, since this morning workout is equipment-free, there’s really no excuses! Do it on your bedroom floor, in your living room, or even outdoors!
Daily Morning Workout
What You’ll Need: A mat or towel to lay on the floor (optional).
What to Do: Complete all the moves in order. Rest for 30 to 60 seconds and repeat.
