It’s that time of year when you’re super serious about getting your body ready for a swimsuit, so let’s workout!
Equipment Needed: 2-3 sets of dumbbells of varying weight; an exercise ball or flat bench; water
What to Do: Watch all video demonstrations before beginning your workout. Complete the recommended number of repetitions of each exercise before moving on to the other. Complete the recommended number of sets for your fitness level. Then, go show off that beach body!
Beginner Level: Complete 2 circuits, resting 30 seconds between each circuit.
Intermediate Level: Complete 3 circuits, resting 30 seconds between each circuit.
Advanced Level: Complete 4 circuits, resting 30 seconds between each circuit.
Exercises:
1. Body Squats – 12 reps
2. Push ups – 10 reps
(Beginners perform ‘kitchen push ups’ by standing 3′ from counter top or desk, place hands shoulder width a part, keep abs & glutes tight throughout, perform push ups and flex triceps when returning to the starting position)
3. Chest Press -12 reps
4. Dumbbell Flys – 12 reps
5. Lateral Raise – 12 reps
6. Military Press – 12 reps
