Fat Burning and Body Toning Workout

This workout will tone your entire body from head to toe AND burn fat so you can show off those sculpted muscles! With just a small amount of equipment and a short amount of time, you can get an effective total body workout.

Equipment Needed: One set of dumbbells of medium and yoga mat

What To Do: Complete 15 repetitions of each exercise; move to the next exercise without rest; rest 30 seconds after each circuit. Be sure to watch all video demonstrations for these exercises.

Beginners Level: Complete 1 circuits
Intermediate Level: Complete 3 circuits
Advanced Level: Completed 4 circuits

4. Concentration curls – (15 each arm)
5. Power Jacks
