Equipment Needed: One set of dumbbells of medium and yoga mat
What To Do: Complete 15 repetitions of each exercise; move to the next exercise without rest; rest 30 seconds after each circuit. Be sure to watch all video demonstrations for these exercises.
Beginners Level: Complete 1 circuits
Intermediate Level: Complete 3 circuits
