Today’s Workday Challenge involves heading outside to your local park, yard or a football field/track. You will need water so be sure to take along plenty. Complete 3 circuits, with 1 minute rest after each one.

1. Sprint (run as fast and hard as possible) – 20 seconds
2. 10 push-ups
3. 10 crunches
4. 10 burpees
