If your life looks anything like mine, then making sure you have a healthy breakfast is a good intention. Unfortunately, it usually falls to the wayside in the oh-too-usual rushed madness at my house in the mornings. Heaven forbid that you have a special diet to take into consideration as well! Anything that’s convenient to grab an eat-on-the-run is usually not the best option and doesn’t fit into most healthy lifestyles, either. It’s difficult to find gluten-free muffin recipes that aren’t pumped full of excess sugar.

Well, I have some enlightening news for you. You CAN have a quick and healthy breakfast any day of the week that fits into your gluten-free lifestyle. Homemade gluten-free muffins are an easy, on-the-go treat. And, since you’re cooking them up yourself, you get to control their nutritional content. All it requires is a little prep time once a week and you’ll have breakfast ready to go for days!

I’ve scoured the internet for some yummy, gluten-free muffin recipes. Here are my 15 favorites! This is by no means an exhaustive list (I could find hundreds), but it should give you plenty of variety and options to get you going!

1. Grain-Free Lemon Blueberry Lavender Muffins
