Where do I find soft goat cheese, is it the type in crumbles or soft like cream cheese in a tub?

It's normally in a log format, try around the deli section of your local grocery store. It can crumble, but if you let it soften it will spread.

Karen, Yes you can. I recommend a softer cheese, for example, Feta.
