This guacamole is perfect for summer!

Our healthy guacamole recipe is just right for your next party or game night. It is packed with healthy ingredients and pairs well with tortilla chips, pita chips, or served on a sandwich. Best of all, this guacamole is a great alternative to other dips that are high in saturated fat and processed ingredients.

Avocados are naturally high in fat, but it’s healthy fat, which aids in overall health and bodily functions.   • 4 avocados medium
  • 1 cup salsa verde no sugar added
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 lemon juiced

Instructions

  • Mash all ingredients together, and serve.

  1. This is a simple recipe, but very tasty.  I always have salsa verde on hand.  Sometimes I add a pinch of ground cumin and ground corriander.   try it.
