Lean Down and Get Strong with This Workout! One of the healthiest and most effective ways to get lean is to burn fat and build your strength at the same time. This total body workout was designed to create a lean and strong body by combining strengthening and sculpting exercises. Lifting weights while performing the routine described below will increase the body’s ability to burn fat and will continue doing so for up to 24 hours afterward.

Lean Down and Get Strong with This Workout
Equipment Needed: one set of medium weights (8-12 lbs)
What to Do: Complete 12 reps of the four exercises listed below using dumbbells for each move. Review the videos below for exercise demonstrations.
Beginner Level: Complete 1 round
Intermediate Level: Complete 2 rounds
Advanced Leve;: Complete 3 rounds
