Eating clean and working out should be the fun part of your day! You need to find the resources and a plan that works with YOUR schedule and interests, and stick to it to see the results, and change your lifestyle. Skinny Ms. provides so many different workouts that are great for beginners or for people who get bored easily and appreciate variety. Challenges like our Workday Butt Challenge and the “Kickboxing Challenge” normally target either a specific muscle group such as the butt muscles (glutes) or a specific type of exercise such as kickboxing or running stairs. Skinny Ms. gives you challenges and daily workouts because if you can commit to doing these challenges once a day, everyday, then you can build on top these baby steps and push yourself to achieve bigger goals such as running 5K’s or fitting into those skinny jeans!

We definitely believe in having the power to Transform Your Body. A unique type of workout busy women can easily to apply to their lifestyle is the Tabata Training method. The short and sweet description is it’s a four minute HIGH intensity cardio workout that experts believe cause the body to increase it’s fat burn up to 36 hours afterwards. Now out of the 24 hours in a day, I know almost everyone can spare FOUR minutes to do a little high intensity training!

Something that I learned from many years of experimenting with training and nutrition is that there is some truth behind the saying it’s 80% what you eat, and only 20% working out. Which is another good reason Skinny Ms. has an extraordinary amount of recipes that are actually designed for weight loss! These recipes have simple healthy ingredients that you can find at your local superstore, which makes them really easy to make and still not break your budget, the ingredients are minimally processed, and each recipe comes with all the nutritional facts!
