30 No-Bake Paleo Energy Bite Recipes

Power up so you don't have to slow down!

12. No Bake Lemon Pistachio Shortbread Cookie Bites

Cotter Crunch is the recipe creator of these paleo energy bites that are super light and refreshing–perfect for the summer! They’re particularly perfect for those summer days when all you want to do is hike up a mountain in the sun. Well, I think so at least!

But, they’re also perfect for those summer days when you want to do the opposite of hike–when you just want to relax on the beach.

13. No Bake Cookie Dough Protein Balls

You know those people who can eat half of the cookie dough they make while baking cookies? Yeah, well, I’m one of those people.

With that being said, I can’t get enough of Well Plated’s No Bake Cookie Dough Protein Balls! They’re my cookie dough on-the-go!

14. No Bake Chocolate Energy Bites

These energy bites taste just like you’re eating a chocolate bar. So, in other words, they taste like a dream come true! Or, a dream turned healthy, rather!

These energy bites do contain rolled oats, but sometimes a paleo dieter just craves some nutritious oats. In which case, it’s a good idea to ferment your oats for this recipe created by Cooking Classy!

15. Cranberry Bliss Bites

During the fall months, if I’m not making all things pumpkin, I’m making all things cranberry! The tiny red fruits don’t get enough credit, if you ask me. They’re so full of antioxidants, fiber, and vitamin C (amongst other things, of course). Plus, they taste BERRY delicious in this recipe by Live Eat Learn!

16. No Bake Chocolate Peanut Butter Energy Balls

This recipe is credited to Jessica in the Kitchen and is another one for any paleo dieters who decide to eat oats every once in a while. I, personally, love them and my whole family does, too! I tried making them with almond butter instead of peanut butter and absolutely loved the outcome!

17. 2 Ingredient Nut & Date Balls

If you were impressed with the four-ingredient recipe mentioned earlier, this one is going to blow your mind! A Saucy Kitchen only calls for two ingredients here: cashews or walnuts (or both) and dates. She describes dates as being “nature’s candy”, and I couldn’t agree more. You’re sure to agree, too, once you make these easy peasy energy bites and give yourself sweet treats to eat on-the-go.

18. 3 Ingredient No Bake Apricot Coconut Bites

I’m sticking with the theme of minimal ingredients with this recipe! The Big Man’s World was my hero the other day when I was craving something sweet and fruity, but didn’t have many ingredients.

I found this paleo, gluten-free, vegan recipe and grabbed the necessary ingredients:

  • Dried, unsweetened apricots
  • Shredded unsweetened coconut
  • Granulated sweetener of choice

Then, I satisfied my cravings, just like that! I even made enough balls to pack as snacks throughout the week.
