30 No-Bake Paleo Energy Bite Recipes

Power up so you don't have to slow down!

19. Chocolate-Mint Brownie Bites

I was a girl scout for about ten years, so I know a Thin Mint when I taste one…and Delish Knowledge’s Chocolate-Mint Brownie Bites taste like Thin Mints! It’s a miracle. You can make a batch, split them up to put into separate baggies, and grab one anytime you’re in a rush and need a snack!

20. Freezer Fudge Bites

These bites by The Rawsome Vegan Life are one of my favorite snacks to take with me on those warmer summer days since, well, they’re frozen! I love taking them on hikes with me over the summer, too. I always think that I’m going to make it to the top of the mountain, and they’re still going to be cold. But, the refreshing thought always takes over, and I end up eating them in the car on the way to the hike.

But, hey, you need energy before exercising too, right?!

21. Triple Almond Energy Balls

So, get this: these energy balls by Oh She Glows are vegan, paleo (of course), gluten-free, grain-free, soy-free, oil-free, refined sugar-free, and no-bake! Talk about allergy friendly, and easy on the stomach, too!

Oh, and that’s not even the best part! Want to know what the best part is?

It’s that they’re also toddler approved!

22. Apple Pie Energy Bites

Do you ever just crave a nice big slice of apple pie? Because I do! Honestly, I do basically every day! Apple pie is one of my favorite desserts–especially when vanilla ice cream is also involved.

It just screams Thanksgiving to me, and Thanksgiving just screams happiness to me! So, apple pie and happiness sort of go hand-in-hand in my world. With that being said, I love satisfying my apple pie craving with these paleo-friendly energy bites by Simply Quinoa!

A SkinnyMs recipe that helps me to satisfy this craving in a healthy way is our recipe for Apple Pie Cinnamon Cookies.

23. Vegan Chocolate Mango Coconut Candy Bites

Stacey Homemaker also discovered a special ingredient: mango. The use of the fruit in this recipe makes it even more delicious (and that’s hard considering how yummy chocolate and coconut taste together). I, personally, think fruit is a great energy booster (especially if eating a paleo diet), so this special ingredient just adds to the energy aspect of these energy bites.

24. Five Ingredient Kahlua Coconut Bites

What could possibly make a coconut, chocolate-flavored energy bite even better? Healthy Nibbles and Bits says Kahlua, and I can’t help but agree!
