This bubbly pomegranate beverage brings the party!
Tart and tasty, champagne pomegranate punch is the perfect champagne drink for winter. This recipe calls for champagne, pomegranate juice, vodka, and seltzer. If desired, the vodka and seltzer can be omitted and the other measurements left the same for a simple pomegranate champagne.
Bottled 100% pomegranate juice can easily be used. For fresh pomegranate juice, remove the seeds from the pomegranate and add them to the food processor. Squeeze the juice from the crushed seeds through a cheesecloth or thin towel into a bowl.
Pomegranate Punch is yummy with chocolate dessert such as this chocolate raspberry cheesecake or orange dessert like blood oranges and walnuts in syrup.
Pomegranate Champagne Punch
Ingredients
- 4 cups champagne or sparkling white wine such as Prosecco (1 bottle)
- 2 cups pomegranate juice
- 1 cup vodka plain or citrus-flavored
- 1 cup seltzer water
- pomegranate seeds for garnish
Instructions
- Combine all of the ingredients in a pitcher and stir. Pour into champagne flutes or wine glasses.
