Start toning, tightening and defining your abs with this workout! A lot of people ask if they should begin a workout program after losing weight. My answer, “Start working out today, regardless of your weight and size.” Working out has countless benefits and one of those is contributing to weight loss while at the same time helping to shape up our bodies.
Our ab workout will be done completely on the floor…so no getting up and down.
Equipment Needed: water for hydration, yoga mat . This routine targets the abdominal muscles and obliques.
What to Do: Perform the following routine 2 times. If you have difficulty, do the best you can, that’s all I ask. Perform each exercise for 20 reps or 10 each side as needed depending on the exercise. Rest 20 seconds after each workout. Watch the videos below for correct form.
1. Toe Taps
2. Mason Twist – twist as far as you can
3. Foot to Foot Crunch – raise your head off the ground if possible
