Ingredients

  • 1 cup roasted red pepper
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chili flakes optional
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 2 garlic cloves

Instructions

  • Combine all ingredients in a food processor and pulse until well combined but not completely smooth (slightly chunky, similar to pesto)
