  1. If i drink one soda a day or every other day & anything else i drink is water or Gatorade or something of that sort, will that hurt my progress? I have to have some sort of caffeine so i won't get a headache. Thanks-

    1. Iced green or black teas can give your body the caffeine it's used to. You can also try some dark chocolate now and then. Sports drinks are filled with refined sugars. A natural electrolyte rich drink would be coconut water.

    2. sugar is the worse thing ever just that alone would drop you in pounds ..look up the military diet :} will be shocked!!!!

  2. Question… Would you recommend doing all three of these at the same time? Or just one at a time and your normal workout for the rest of your body?
