Setting goals is a vital part of getting fit and maintaining motivation. Your goals should be S.M.A.R.T. goals, which stands for Specific, Measurable, Attainable, Realistic, and Timely. Create detailed, short-term goals that can be achieved within 30 days. Make sure they’re actually obtainable and you’ll have something to work towards without overwhelming you. Be Patient
