Workday Boxing & Ab Challenge

Here’s another workday challenge designed to get you fit & fabulous for summer. A new one every workday, Monday – Friday can be found on our site through the end of May.

You will need lots of water. No equipment is required, dumbbells are optional. Be sure to watch the videos!

What to Do: Complete the following circuit 4 times. No rest between exercises…rest 30 seconds after each circuit.
