Cut to the core! Strengthen your abs and lower back while toning and tightening your entire core. This routine works key muscles, creating a lean, strong body. Plus, we’ve included cardio that tackles your core while simultaneously working to burn some serious fat.

Equipment Needed: one set of light weight dumbbells; interval timer.

What to Do: Perform each move for 30 secs; rest 15 secs after each move; repeat routine 3 times weekly for best results.Review the videos below for exercise demonstrations.

Beginner Level: Complete 1 round
Intermediate Level: Complete 2 rounds
Advanced Level: Complete 4 rounds
