4 Minute Fat Blaster plus Bonus Blaster
Burn fat up to 24 hours with this 4 Minute Fat Blaster and a Bonus Fat Blaster Video. It’s a challenge, and well worth it! You will need water, a yoga mat and a set of light dumbbells, no more than 10 lbs. This type fat burning routine is known in the fitness world as Tabata Interval Training.

Here’s how it works:
Complete the following circuit 2 times for a total of 8 intervals = 4 minutes. Rest 2 minutes then complete the last video of Tabata Training. Talk about burning some serious fat!

If using the GymBoss set it to: 20; 10; 8; 2 alarm beeps. Complete this entire circuit two times; rest 2 minutes then perform the challenge video for another Tabata.

Dumbbell Squats – 10 reps
