4-Minute Belly Fat Blaster

This workout focuses on the entire abdominal region. The 4-Minute Belly Fat Blaster consists of just two moves and can be done at home or the gym. By performing this belly workout three times weekly and following a clean eating plan, you’ll begin to see results in just a few weeks. 1. Drink 2.5 liters of water each day.
2. Give up all sodas, fast food and junk food.
3. Eat Clean by eating whole foods and fewer processed foods.
4. Toss the refined sugar.
5. Eat smaller portions, about the size of your palm.

Equipment Needed: Interval timer (gymboss is a free downloadable app)

    Any suggestions for someone that suffers from tennis elbow. I cant put that much weight on my right arm to do these exercises

      Jeannie, Not as of now. One thing you can do is print out the workouts you want to do, have your doctor refer you to a physical therapist, and pass them by him/her for modification.

      This workout, when completed regularly, helps to increase metabolism and burn fat. While there is no way to target only tummy fat, you will see a loss of inches all over the body.

      Yes, you do complete the exercise series four times. The workout video is there to help you with your form, but it’s not necessary to watch it all 4 times.
