Glazed Cranberry Brussels Sprouts

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds brussels sprouts fresh, ends trimmed, outside leaves removed, and halved
  • 2 tablespoons ghee or butter, melted
  • 2 garlic cloves minced
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar recommend Bragg Raw Vinegar
  • 2 tablespoons honey raw preferred
  • 1 cup dried cranberries
  • 1/4 cup walnut halves
  • 1/4 cup almonds blanched
  • 1/2 teaspoon kosher or sea salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon thyme leaves fresh, or 1 teaspoon dried thyme

Instructions

  • Preheat oven to 375 degrees.
  • In a large mixing bowl, combine all ingredients. Evenly spread brussels sprouts on a large non-stick baking sheet. Bake 25 minutes or until brussels sprouts are golden.
