This boot camp is designed to challenge your current level of fitness. This Kettlebell Boot camp Challenge is designed to be a little harder than your usual workouts.
Kettlebell Boot Camp Challenge
Equipment Needed: yoga mat; 5 – 10 pound kettlebell
What to Do: Perform 10 repetitions of each exercise below. Some of the exercises will require doing 10 reps for both the left and right side. Rest 10 seconds before moving to the next exercise. Review each video below before beginning this routine.
Beginner Level: Complete 2 circuits
Intermediate Level: Complete 3 circuits
Advanced Level: Complete 4 circuits
