  1. I am now 60 yrs old and trying to lose some weight. I see a lot of good things for the younger age group,but for us older group, it is harder. I love seeing what you do have, thank you for that. But us old people need help.

    1. What on that list doesn't apply to 60 year olds? My parents are 60+ and they either do or could benefit from doing everything SkinnyMs published above.

  2. She didn’t say that the info above doesn’t apply to the over 60’s. She’s only saying that many of us have special needs because of health issues and a slower metabolism that comes with ageing. Many of us have hypothyroidism, sugar and blood pressure issues, and mobility issues which require a different approach to menu planning and exercise routines.
