5-Minute Fat Burning Home Workout

Equipment Needed: Interval Timer (Gymboss is a free app download), yoga mat

What to Do: Review the workouts below and watch the videos to become familiarized with each exercise. Perform each exercise for 1 minute, and immediately jump into the next exercise. No rest needed! Perform this workout 3 times a week to increase your cardio capacity and muscle strength.
