5-Minute Fat Burning Home Workout

Equipment Needed: interval timer and a yoga mat

What to Do: Review the workouts below and watch the videos to become familiarized with each exercise. Perform each exercise for 1 minute, and immediately jump into the next exercise. No rest needed! Perform this workout 3 times a week to increase your cardio capacity and muscle strength.

Body Weight Exercises: 

1. Quick Feet
2. High Knees
3. Diamond Push-ups
4. Plank Jacks (from your hands – easier-  or your elbows – more difficult!)
5. Leg Raise (lower abs)
