Get Fit Home Workout Challenge

Get fit in the comfort of your own home. This workout challenge is designed to burn fat, tone, define, and increase endurance, so that you can conquer any fitness routine and get in phenomenal shape. This home workout challenge is modified to work for all fitness levels.

Equipment Needed:  Interval timer; kitchen chair; flat bench or step; one set of light weight dumbbells (optional)

What to Do: Perform each exercise below for 45 seconds and rest 15 seconds after each one. The number of circuits completed will depend on your specific fitness level. Review the videos below for exercise demonstrations.

Beginner Level: Complete one circuit; dumbbells are optional
Intermediate Level: Complete two circuits
Advanced Level:
Complete four circuits

Exercise:

1. Frog Jumps
2. Jumping Squat Thrusts
3. Butt Kicks
4. Tricep Dips
5. Power Jacks
6. Plank Jacks
7. Alternating Step-ups with weights (a step or flat bench will work)
8. Plank
