    I do not agree with the water tip — one should rather take something warm to dissolve the fat that you might take in with the food — many years ago I was told by a doctor that drinking water with food dilutes your saliva and prevents acid in your stomach to digest your food — this all I have to say

      I drink warm water regularly. I always ask for "no ice" but here in the USA, I often still get ice cubes in my water. I even drink warm water with fresh lemon juice in it before breakfast each morning. I have lost 105 pounds in the last 2 years and I think this helps.
