The following yoga poses include poses you can do from anywhere, whether it’s your office or your living room. Start with the Upward Dog pose and end with the Happy Baby pose for an invigorating yoga workout!
Equipment Needed: Yoga mat, interval timer (Gymboss is a free app download).
What to Do: Review the exercises and videos below. Hold each pose for 30 seconds and then transition into the next pose. If performing multiple rounds, rest 1 minute between each.
