Hi! I have transitioned to a whole food plant based diet, excluding dairy as well. Do you have a meal plan for such a diet? Also, I love smoothies and homemade juice but I have noticed when I drink them I start to gain pounds in my belly. Should I stick to mainly green juices? issues. However, you may want to try green juices to see if they make a difference. 🙂
