It’s filled with beautifying nutrients that will give your hair, skin, and nails a healthy boost. 

Antioxidants for Skin Health

Bright and Tangy Fruit

Brightly colored fruits like pineapple, oranges, and strawberries are high in vitamin C, an important antioxidant for skin health and collagen production. Pineapples also contain bromelain which is anti-inflammatory and can help reduce swelling and puffiness. Strawberries offer a special antioxidant called ellagic acid which helps with skin brightening and may help reduce wrinkles. 

Banana

Banana is another fruit that gives you a nutrient boost. They contain potassium and vitamin A, which will hydrate and moisturize rough, dry skin, making it smooth, soft, and supple. Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup strawberries
  • 1/2 cup pineapple fresh
  • 3 tablespoons orange juice fresh
  • 1/2 banana frozen
  • 1 tablespoon coconut oil
  • 1 scoop collagen powder Bonus Ingredient!
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

  • Blend all of the ingredients in a blender, adding more ice or water to get your perfect consistency.
