Spinach is an easy to add green that is virtually flavorless, but any type of leafy green will work here.

  • 1 cup coconut milk or coconut water
  • 1 granny smith apple, chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice


  1. Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.

    This is a delicious smoothie. I ended up using milk but it was still creamy with a cinnamon flavour. I will be making it again.
