Smoothies are becoming increasingly popular, particularly for individuals who want to eat healthy, but are short on time. This apple cinnamon smoothie made with coconut milk and spinach is a quick and filling breakfast or snack any time of the day. Spinach is an easy to add green that is virtually flavorless, but any type of leafy green will work here.
Apple Cinnamon Coconut Smoothie
- 1 cup coconut milk or coconut water
- 1 granny smith apple chopped
- 1 banana
- 1 cup baby spinach
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1 cup ice
- Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
