You can't go wrong combining apples, bananas, and cinnamon and this delicious smoothie proves it.

  • 1 cup coconut milk or coconut water
  • 1 granny smith apple chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup baby spinach
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

  • Add all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy. Serve immediately.
