Allissa, It's 3/4 cups. 🙂
I just made and did not fully eat because it is going to be my lunch for the week at work but I did dabble a bit for taste testing purposes lol. It was tasty and full of flavor. I did use two chipotle and could not find the paste but used some left over int he can. I also added some spanish pimenton and cumin for added flavor because I used a very lean ground turkey. I accidentally used creamed corn instead of a small can of golden corn lol. Either way I love this because I try to watch what I eat throughout the week and this is perfect with some corn tortillas. Will make again, hopefully my boyfriend will love too.
